By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law. It is your responsibility to read any all all applicable Service Agreements, Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy and other applicable documents before using theoutro.com or it's services.


2. Use

  1. You must be atleast 13 years old to use theoutro.
  2. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Your password is not stored in plain text on our servers.
  3. You are repsonsible for what is associated with your user account
  4. You agree to not use theoutro.com or it's services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, under United States Law.
  5. You agree that you will not attempt to hack, alter, or otherwise disrupt the operations of theoutro.com
  6. You agree that theoutro cannot be held responsible for the content posted by it's users
  7. You agree that any exposure to unwatned content is done so at your own risk

Any Violation of these agreements will result in the termination of your theoutro.com account. Though theoutro prohibits such content and user conduct on our site, you agree that theoutro can not be held responsible for user generated content.

This includes, but is not limited to: advertising the theoutro service, monetary gain through advertising revenue on site. The user is not entitled to any portion or any revenue made by the theoutro service.
  4. The Material posted on theoutro.com remains the intellectual property of the user who posts it. theoutro makes no claim to any information that is posted as to rights of ownership. However, as stated above, the user agrees to allow theoutro to use any posted material on their site for monetary gain on the site as is. (In the example of banner ads placed on the theoutro site.) As theoutro is not claiming ownership there will be no monetary gain by directly using any user's information.
